I was born and raised in Israel and have lived in Berlin since 2010. I specialize in Jewish history, particularly the story of Berlin's Jewish community before, during, and after the Nazi era.
I hold a Master's degree in Holocaust Studies and Communication from Touro College Berlin, as well as a Master's degree in Biology from Humboldt University. In addition to leading my own tours and workshops, I work with institutions such as the Jewish Museum Berlin, the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, and the Humboldt Forum.
This subject is personal to me. I'm the grandson of four Holocaust survivors, and my connection to Jewish heritage runs through my own family history, not just my academic training. That's part of why I see guiding as more than simply presenting facts: it's about creating space for real conversation, questions, and sometimes difficult emotions, so that history stops feeling distant and starts feeling real.
